Brainchild of two innovative agriculture graduates , Mr Venugopal Govindegowda, Agriculture -chemist with patents in nano emulsions and material protection, brings precision to formulation design.Mr. Madhusudhan B S, a plant pathologist with deep field and commercial expertise, grounds every product in real-world farming needs. Together, we co-develop high-performance agri-inputs — from biostimulants and biofertilisers to foliar blends and specialty nutrition. Our innovations are shaped by rigorous science, field validation, and continuous feedback. Guided by the global expertise of Dr. Ajith Shetty, Dr. Mak Jawdekar, and Dr. Staf Van Reet, we integrate lab precision with on-ground relevance — delivering solutions that are sustainable, scalable, and impact-driven.
Justus and Hogland Company incorporated the company has also established a state-of-the-art Knowledge Center, complete with an advanced R&D facility.This hub serves as the engine for ongoing research, formulation, and field validation — enabling Justus and Holland to continuously develop next-generation solutions . The facility not only drives innovation but also acts as a collaborative space for scientists, agronomists, and farmers to bridge the gap between lab and land.
The company filed five patents across various innovations in sustainable agriculture. Among these is a groundbreaking foliar feed additive developed using Circular Synergistic Plant Response Technology (CSPR) — a novel approach that enhances nutrient uptake by mimicking and amplifying natural plant signaling mechanisms. Another patented innovation is a biodegradable sprayable mulch, designed to suppress weeds, retain soil moisture, and degrade naturally without leaving residues. Additionally, the portfolio includes technologies for soil and water reclamation
We have established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, spanning approximately 21,000 square feet, designed in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This advanced infrastructure enables the production of a wide range of high-quality agricultural inputs, including water-soluble fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, biostimulants, and biocides. The facility is equipped with modern machinery, quality control systems, and robust safety protocols to ensure product efficacy, consistency, and regulatory compliance

Dr. Ajit Shetty
Former Chairman of Janssen Pharmaceutica Belgium and Corporate VP of Johnson & Johnson’s Enterprise Supply Chain. He played a key role in expanding Janssen globally and led the in-licensing of Durogesic, a top J&J product. He currently serves on boards including VIB BV, reMYND nv, Agile Therapeutics, and Carnegie Mellon University. Honored as a Baron by King Albert II and awarded India’s Lifetime Achievement Award, he was also named Manager of the Year in 2004. Dr. Shetty holds a Ph.D. from Cambridge and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
Dr. Mak Jawadekar
Former Director at Pfizer, led R&D portfolio benchmarking and drug delivery technology assessments. He played a key role in building external partnerships, alliances, and M&A for pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing. At Pfizer, he managed multiple R&D functions and external innovation initiatives. He serves on global judging panels for pharma industry awards. Dr. Jawadekar is also on editorial boards of Contract Pharma, Bio/Pharmaceutical Outsourcing Report, and Pharmaceutical Technology Europe.
Dr. Staf Van Reet
A Belgian and European Patent Attorney and founder of Viziphar Biosciences. He serves on the boards of Thrombogenics, VIB, FlandersBio, and chairs Okapi Sciences. He co-founded and chaired Movetis NV. Formerly, he was Managing Director of Janssen Pharmaceutica and President of the Janssen Research Foundation. Dr. Van Reet has a distinguished track record in pharma R&D and leadership.
